My outcome score is missing or looks wrong.
Why a score may be absent or surprising.
It's probably too early
Outcome scores need a full post-change tracking window (about four weeks). If you just shipped, wait.
Other causes
- GA4 disconnected — Scores need analytics data. See Connecting GA4.
- No completion date — The score needs an accurate completion date as the before/after divider. See Completing & Reopening.
- Low traffic / noise — Sparse data produces unstable scores.
