How Workspaces Work (Clients, Users, Sites)

The relationship between your organization, team, and sites.

OptimizeTrack is organized into three layers.

Workspace (Client)

Your organization. It contains your team members and all your sites, and it's the boundary for access and billing.

Users

The people on your team. Each has a role that controls what they can do. See Roles & Permissions.

Sites

The websites (or sections) you work on. All data — opportunities, optimizations, collisions, citations — is scoped to a site.

Access boundary

Team members can only access sites within their own workspace.
