Submitting a Page for Optimization

How to send a URL and keywords into the optimization pipeline.

Optimizing a page turns your search data and content into specific, AI-generated recommendations you can accept and ship.

Two ways to start

  • From Opportunities — Click an opportunity to send it straight into the queue with its context already attached. This is the recommended path. See Acting on an Opportunity.
  • From the Optimize page — Enter any URL manually when you already know what you want to work on.

Submitting

  1. Go to Optimize Content.
  2. Enter the page URL you want to improve.
  3. Add the target keywords you want the page to rank for. If you came from an opportunity, these may be pre-filled from your search data.
  4. Submit. The page is added to the queue.

What happens next

  1. The item enters the queue as queued.
  2. When processed, it moves to running while the AI analyzes the page and your data.
  3. It becomes complete with a set of recommendations ready to review, or failed if something went wrong.

Tips for better results

  • Be specific with keywords. A focused set produces sharper recommendations than a broad dump.
  • Set your Voice & Tone first so the generated copy matches your brand. See Voice & Tone.
  • Start with one page so you can clearly measure the outcome before scaling up.
