Completing & Reopening an Optimization

Why the completion date matters, and how to reopen or delete.

Marking an optimization complete is what starts the measurement clock.

Mark complete

Mark complete on the day you actually publish the change. The completion date is the dividing line for the outcome score, so accuracy matters. See Understanding Outcome Scores.

Reopen

If you need to revisit a page, you can reopen a completed optimization. Note that changing the timeline can affect outcome measurement.

Delete

You can delete an optimization you no longer need. This removes it and its recommendations from your history.
