Creating Your First Site

Set up the site (or section) you want OptimizeTrack to work on.

A site is the website — or a section of one — that all your data and work is scoped to.

Add a site

1. Go to Sites → Add Site.
2. Enter a display name (how it appears in the app).
3. Enter the site URL. You can scope to a subfolder like https://example.com/blog/ to focus only on that section.

Display name vs. URL

The display name is just a label. The URL determines scope — it controls which pages get imported and which search/analytics data is relevant. Choose it carefully.

Who can create sites

Creating and editing sites requires a Client Admin role. See Roles & Permissions.
