Running a Collision Scan
Trigger detection and track its progress.
Collision detection is a deliberate, heavier operation you trigger when you want a fresh analysis.
Start a scan
From the Collisions page, start a scan. OptimizeTrack analyzes your Search Console queries and groups overlapping pages into clusters.
Track progress
The scan reports progress while it runs; when it finishes you'll see the detected clusters and a summary of what was found.
How often to scan
Periodically, or after you've made significant content or structural changes. Scanning too frequently isn't necessary — collisions change slowly.
